Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms are filthy and smell terrible—our room reeked of smoke despite this being a non-smoking facility. The elevator smelled like cat urine, which matched the overall dirty feel of the place. On the second night, water started leaking from the bathroom wall and flooded the floor. In my fifty years of travel I’ve never had a less welcoming, rude and inhospitable hotel staff. From a completely rude check in, miserable looking manager who made you feel unwelcome just by looking at him, no ice in the building, not a single glass in a room with a kitchenette or their refusal to be able to print a single page for us, although the room was nice enough, this hotel’s staff made this one of the least welcoming and enjoyable hotels I’ve ever visited.

The room was a non smoking two queen. It reeked of smoke. It was two full beds. All around the shower was mold. They were booked. Had no other rooms available.

The room was decent. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They do not have breakfast.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking facility. The bed only had 3 pillows for 2 people as well as a thin blanket and when we requested another one of each (on different occasions)we were told they didn't have anymore. Same situation for towels. You get 1 bar of soap and 1 tiny single use shampoo for the shower.The accommodations were sub par.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Noisy, Unbearable Room Conditions We stayed for two night and were placed in 504 room that turned out to be directly above or adjacent to the hotel's laundry facilities. From late evening into the early morning hours, the entire room was filled with constant noise and vibrations every time the machines were running.
