On arrival I was told they didn't have my reservation which I had made a month prior. Once I showed my details I was given a room. Air conditioner worked, but wouldn't keep the room below 70F. No coffee maker, dishes or utensils of any kind in kitchen.

We stay at this hotel at least once or twice a week, and Selena went above and beyond to help me book our room on our first visit. She is very friendly and has an excellent personality.

Room 204 did not have any hot water in the shower at 5am. Cold shower was unpleasant. Everything else was good.
