A great value. It’s dated but worth the money. They need to upgrade the internet

Very happy The front desk staff were very accommodating when i didn't like my first room. The second room the lights by the bed didn't work due to a broken plug, the light in the living room had no bulb, the hallway light didnt work. The room was very dirty walls and floor which i did clean myself. A cabinet door in the kitchen was broken and hanging. Other then that everything was a okay.

Very comfortable and clean
February 2025 Stay The hotel 'served its purpose'. On the positive, my flight to Melbourne was severely delayed and I was able to check in after midnight. The room was large but average. The location is great because it is close to the airport, restaurants, shopping, city center. Travellers should be aware that there is no room service or daily housekeeping; no cutlery or dishes in the room. But you can ask for these things. The hotel was great. Everyone was very, very kind and friendly. The hospitality was wonderful. The rooms are clean. Great location. Would definitely stay there again
