Property was clean and quiet. But the hallways and stairways smelled very badly of smoke. Our room although nonsmoking also smelled of smoke.

Could be better. First room non-operating toilet, second room better but no towels No rate adjustment for first night. Front desk unoccupied often.

The room I reserved was not available. I did get a similar room, but it was not prepared fully at 10:00 at night. No towels, no pillow cases.

Great stay in Melbourne! I enjoyed my stay, it was clean, bed was super comfy and hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again if ever necessary.
This facility is for someone on a job and moving around. There's no eatery.

Just needed coffee essentials to go with the coffee maker... when we picked it up in lobby, they forgot it. other than that, great stay.
