Outstanding staff This trip was last minute due to a family member unexpectedly being in a Memphis hotel. Upon arrival we found out most Memphis hotels were booked & we ended up at Extended Stay only by chance. However, we were very fortunate to end up here. What impressed us most was the fact that every single staff member seemed to go out of their way to make us feel welcome and to make sure we had anything and everything we wanted. Good for price and location. A good experience over all , went there for work and stayed a week , nobody bother me the room was a lil dirty when i got it but nothing clorox wipes couldnt take care off. Kroger and gas is 2 blocks away Wallgreens about 3 Bus stop is also very near Safe travels!!!

Disappointing service Hotel was adequate but service left a lot to be desired. Stayed two nights first day left the hotel in the morning and when I returned in the evening the room had not been made up and service staff had left for the day.

Sorry Breakfast Was here for my niece wedding we was less than 5 minutes from venue. Disappointed in the"continental breakfast " had to go out for breakfast while here. No bowls to make instant packet cereals, no milk either for the oatmeal selection, no juices, yogurts, only nature valley bars, apples and oranges. Housekeeping was extra if I wanted it daily.
