In the past I stayed here when it was Homestead Hotel. The neighborhood is very nice and for me convenient.The room was acceptably clean. Employees/staff very pleasant and helpful.The only issue that there was involved paying thru Expedia and the hotel not knowing that it was for two nights not one and the inconvenience that occurred as a result. This was later resolved. Overall for this type of hotel it is very good and for the cost even better than very good. Thanks for a nice stay. I will return.

I loves it I loved it!! The only thing this hotel is missing is a continental breakfast and a pool. The breakfast was more like a snack lol there were muffins and coffee and oatmeal packets but nothing else really. The hotel was really clean and smelled good since it's smoke free.

Return Visit This is my second stay at this facility. My first was not pleasant. Two years later I decided to try again. This visit at your Extended stay was much more comfortable. When we arrived the desk receptionist welcomed us with a smile and was very nice. Our room keys did not work but a maintenance worker responded immediately to repair the locks. Two days later, our key did not work again, and again, maintenance responded immediately. Overall service was swift and responsive and we will stay there again.

Great hotel and trip to Memphis. Tia was an excellent hotel for our trip with my sister and parents. The staff was excellent and the hotel rooms were clean and quiet. While the rooms are not stocked with dishes upon arrival, we only had to call the front desk and they brought us everything we needed packed in a nice, sanitized package. The area is excellent with many restaurants and a great Publix within 2 blocks and a subway and a yogurt cafe across the street. Clean, friendly and fast service The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. They quickly added a coffee maker at my request. Quiet area.

Business trip We.traveled for business and stayed here. It was a nice atmosphere and quiet. Didn't have any complaints. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and I would stay here again if in the area.

Things you need to know. Doesn't Make it bad but.. Well First of all let me say you get what you pay for. I don't know what you are looking for in a hotel but for what I needed it for it was the right choice. First thing is that their free internet is slowed down to about 100k. You can't even stream a you tube song on lowest quality. This is because they want you to pay a premium for faster speeds. Good thing my phone has unlimited data so I didn't care. The TV's are old.
