Convenient for work I drive 7 hours to do work at local restaurants 4 times a year. I stay here because it's just blocks away from my work locations. I book on line and have been pleased until my last trip. I am a non-smoker and the rooms have always been smoke free. I stayed in room 144 this time and by midnight I couldn't breathe. Although all the room up and down the hallway had NO SMOKING signs on them but the hallway was unbearable. I put a towel under my door and turned on the bathroom exhaust. It didn't help.

Good. Check In& Check out was quick and easy since I booked with expedia. When I first arrived my first rooms ac was extremely loud I had to switch rooms. The second room had no tissue but was way better. I would recommend new shower heads, poor water pressure. Windows in bathrooms need to be spotless. Other than that the stay was good. Would stay again.

Memphis Mini-Vacation I've stayed at this hotel 7-8 times this year and I think it's a really good value. In addition to being roomy & comfortable, the rooms have always been clean. The location is outstanding as there are numerous restaurants and shopping centers very close. I wish they had a better breakfast.

Good for the money! We were just staying for one night, so this hotel was a good value for the money. The main problem is that it was still listed as Homestead Memphis, however, the hotel has changed to Extended Stay America, which posed a serious problem when trying to find it. The staff was very nice.

My Stay at Extended Stay on Poplar Ave. I was very pleased with the attentive and friendly staff, they were accomodating to my request of a non-smoking room inspite of a mix-up during renting. The lighting could be better in the hallways, it was too dark walking through there. My room was clean, the untensils were spotless, the bed was neatly made, there was not a scent of smoke, all of the appliances worked, and the ac worked throughout the night. Frequent Memphis Weekender As usual, I had another pleasant stay at Memphis Homestead. Great location with plenty of restaurants and activities very close. Room was clean, spacious and a good value.
