Great hotel and trip to Memphis. Tia was an excellent hotel for our trip with my sister and parents. The staff was excellent and the hotel rooms were clean and quiet. While the rooms are not stocked with dishes upon arrival, we only had to call the front desk and they brought us everything we needed packed in a nice, sanitized package. The area is excellent with many restaurants and a great Publix within 2 blocks and a subway and a yogurt cafe across the street. Clean, friendly and fast service The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. They quickly added a coffee maker at my request. Quiet area.

Business trip We.traveled for business and stayed here. It was a nice atmosphere and quiet. Didn't have any complaints. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and I would stay here again if in the area.

Things you need to know. Doesn't Make it bad but.. Well First of all let me say you get what you pay for. I don't know what you are looking for in a hotel but for what I needed it for it was the right choice. First thing is that their free internet is slowed down to about 100k. You can't even stream a you tube song on lowest quality. This is because they want you to pay a premium for faster speeds. Good thing my phone has unlimited data so I didn't care. The TV's are old. Met the need for quick, late night stay My son's job has him stationed there. I've stayed twice while visiting him. Conditions vary, but the rooms I was in were acceptable for an economical one-night stay. Expedia made it easy to book a room while driving late.

Hotel was very close to many places. This hotel was the only one with vacancies at the time I needed a room. The rate was very reasonable. However, the room was for a smoker and I am not. There were small roaches and ants crawling around the kitchen area. Housing keeping had not vacuum thoroughly because an old sock was left from the previous occupants along with a cup of soy sauce and other trash along the sides of the bed hiding under the bedspread.

Nice Hotel This hotel was fine. It was clean, the front desk was friendly, had everything I needed and I had a good nights sleep. Overall a pleasant experience. Probably could use some remodeling but what you expect from a 2 star hotel.
