no problems Traveled to Germantown for soccer game. Room was large enough for kids. Kitchen area was a plus. Easy access to interstate, food, shopping.
Walking in Memphis Everything was great!
One of the better extended stay hotels I have been to We stayed at this hotel since they except pets and they have a little more square footage since we have a 3 person family. The only drawback to staying at an extended stay hotel is that you do not get anyone in your room to change out towels and make the bed, so we constantly had to go down to the front desk to supply ourselves with new stuff. Most of the people that worked there were very friendly and we had no problems at all.
I checked right out due to condition.

There were stains, dirt and dust everywhere. There was also a roach in our room. No ice machine was in this hotel. Outside of our room smelled of weed constantly, the smell was extremely noticeable at night. We will never stay here again and I am extremely irritated at how much we were charged for this roach motel.

Walked in…reeked of marijuana and cig smoke…saw carpet very worn down to fibers, in places….did NOT stay…I am requesting complete refund of prepaid charges

Staff was rude. Dirty room with multiple burn marks from.......well you make that assumption.
