Great night - wish I had been able to stay longer. Stayed one night on way through from Columbus, Ohio, to Austin, TX. While not a 5-star hotel, staff were warm and wonderfully helpful. Room was most comfortable. I could bring in food to refrigerate and to microwave, and cabinets were spacious. If I had been staying a while in Memphis, I would want to stay here for sure.

Started hard but got wonderful Had a major problem checking in. Hotel system did not show my Hotels.com reservation. Bianca got me a room and Mike worked out the details the following morning. Then when I came back through 4 days later, I called in advance and was told again that the Hotel system did not show my Hotels.com reservation. So I called Hotels.com and they called the hotel and then all was well. Bianca and Mike were STELLAR!!

Welcomed Stay We enjoyed staying in a hotel that was very comfortable from the staff to the room accommodations.

I liked the room. It was clean and we had what we needed: WIFI, iron, etc. We also had use of a phone and we could prepare food if we wanted to.

Great staff at front desk! Great front desk staff. They were friendly and always asked if everything was alright and if they could do anything else!

Great and safe place! This hotel was perfect for our stay. We wanted something safe, decent, and cheap. We received all three! We came into town for a wedding, and decided to explore around for the weekend. Everything was within 30 minutes or less of the hotel (Beale street and the Memphis Zoo). The (nonsmoking) room itself was clean and smelled of NO SMOKE. The breakfast consists of a coffee bar and an assortment of muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, and fruit. Different than a standard hotel Certainly nice enough to stay in: clean, pleasant, and a nice neighborhood. But, be aware that business policies differ from those of a standard short-stay hotel. You are expected to request kitchen supplies from the front desk. So, if you'd like to have a glass for drinking water, or a coffee maker, be sure to request them. Same with bath soap or shampoo. Great value, Great Location Price was very reasonable for the location of the hotel. Room very clean. I would choose it again.
