First time staying at Extend Stay America First off will say that for $60 per night you can't expect a whole lot outside of the basics. Staff was very nice, rooms were ok, nothing fancy, but clean and the minimums I needed. What I will say is very disappointing is how they handle smokers in relation to the rooms. Yes, they say that they charge "x" dollars if they find that a room was smoked in, but it seems that this may happen somewhat frequently. Road trip to Memphis Our first stay in an Extended Stay America. We prefer an full service hotel. The room was newly remodelled and clean. We found the location to far out of town for our daily visits.

Located near many resteraunts, within walking distance. Room was clean and quiet.

Just what I needed I am in Memphis to work for several weeks and have an odd schedule, so what I really wanted was a quiet, comfortable, safe place to sleep where no one bothered me. If I have to criticize something it would be the toilet because it was the most intense flushing I have ever experienced. And it barely takes a touch for it to flush. Knew it was coming but it scared the bejesus out of me every time.

Skin got irritated. They took more money off of my credit card than they should have. Bad idea!!

HorribleServiceb The hotel service was very poor. We even had to take our own dirty towels down the the laundry to be exchanged. They were very rude. I wouldn't recomend anyone staying there with children or to have a fun time. This is for business and the elderly only..
