Staff was polite and helpful to their abilities. Several things in the hotel room needed to be fixed. I didn't like that they had no ice machines but instead had ice trays in the room for use.

Could have been cleaner, side entrance didn't always work with key card, breakfast was coffee, prepackaged muffins and granola bars.

Too noisy , roomed smelled stale

Experienced mice in the room... Changed rooms twice and told management and they gave the excuse that ut was that season and the doors are currently open.
