Could have been cleaner, side entrance didn't always work with key card, breakfast was coffee, prepackaged muffins and granola bars.

I liked how the hotel is off the main highway so the road noise isn’t bad. I liked how the hotel smelled, very clean smelling. I over how polite and friendly Jasmine was to us, she went out of her way to make sure we had the proper kitchen items to cook and clean up with. Very, very friendly, exceptional customer service by her. AC wasn't working in original handicap room we reserved but staff relocated us, kindly . However, 2nd room wasn't handicap & the bed wasn't a queen as reserved, no linen was provided for the pull out sofa. This made our stay very uncomfortable for sleeping. Light bulbs in lamps were not working. No ice machine on the property, no ice trays in second room. Didn't like the breakfast which was one of the reasons the property was chosen. Loved the pool which is the second reason we picked this property.

Experienced mice in the room... Changed rooms twice and told management and they gave the excuse that ut was that season and the doors are currently open.
