AC wasn't working in original handicap room we reserved but staff relocated us, kindly . However, 2nd room wasn't handicap & the bed wasn't a queen as reserved, no linen was provided for the pull out sofa. This made our stay very uncomfortable for sleeping. Light bulbs in lamps were not working. No ice machine on the property, no ice trays in second room. My wife & i are both disabled, my wife is in a wheelchair and it was impossible to run back & forth to the front bcz 2nd room was completely too far. Unlike the room we res... read more

Didn't like the breakfast which was one of the reasons the property was chosen. Loved the pool which is the second reason we picked this property.

You have to go to the front desk to ask simple things wasn’t crazy about the head manager I call her I guess she thought I wasn’t going to pay the fee for upgrading my WiFi which really wasn’t all that I think they get you to purchase it purposely because they know the free WiFi reception is horrible

When we arrived the attendant was not at the counter he was pulling up in a vehicle with someone amd i had been standing there for about 15 mins waiting. Check in was quick. The tv was positioned in a odd spot in the room, it was very inconvient to watch from the bed, and it was also bolted down to the stand so that u could not turn it without having to move the dresser it was sitting on. Decent Decent hotel for the price. Didn’t have enough cookware for all of us . Other than that, it was an ok stay .

Kind of outdated but clean overall. Things I didn’t like is that there was no TV in the bedroom. There is also no utensils or extra bedding for the sofa couch already in the room. You will have to call and request it. And also the key card didn’t work at the side entrance at night after a certain time. You would have to walk around to the lobby to get in.
