There was food in the fridge left from prior guests. There is no service while your stay is in process unless you pay additional amounts.

Better than nothing, but worse place/service ever. I accidentally booked this place instead of the Marriott Extended Stay. This place had a dirty carpet, a very visibly dirty bathtub,a terrible mildew smell (which was from a dirty towel on top of the cabinets that we didn't find until the last minute), the lumpiest & smelliest pillows I've ever seen, and terrible service. Convenient but gross the location of the hotel is great, but the condition....not so much. The shower looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. So, I called the desk....and they wanted me to pay $10 for housekeeping, and told us that if we needed new towels that we need to bring the dirty ones down to exchange. The air conditioner in our room was broken and they would not put us in a different room. Okay hotel - easy to check in as arrived quite lat While room clean, had no remote for the tv. / no hair dryer / and considering an extended stay not a single utensil in the kitchenette. Had 2 plastic cups and that was all. Continental breakfast was minimal at best, including poor quality oranges.

Our room smelled horrible! Left as soon as we could. The staff was not profesional, writing our credit card number on a scrap of paper. Assured us it was shredded. The place smells awful.

Bed Bugs! Do not stay here! Bed Bugs! Do not stay here! Woke up after about an hour to several bed bugs crawling on me. Disgusting! Packed my things and checked out right then at 2am!

Pass on this Hotel I selected this hotel in part because it was a reasonable price and the hotel information indicated that it had been recently renovated. While I believe that is true the quality of the renovations was pretty low and the hotel is already showing wear. My room was fine and everything worked, however there was a terrible odor in the room and it wasn't very clean. There was garbage in the trash can when I arrived and the bathroom sink and toilet were dirty. I was glad that I was only staying one night.

Basic but sufficed well Stayed here because of a terrible snow storm enroute to WI. It was the ultimate in basic, but very clean and very reasonably priced (including pet fee). Nice and competent desk help. Very close to needed shopping and restaurants. Didn't appreciate so much the snow removal vehicle revving (for over 1/2 hr)back and forward, right outside our lower level window at 5:30 am.
