Bad experience The room was dirty and did not have appropriate amount of pillows and towels!

Great Area Bad Service The stay was great, the area is real nice, the only things I had a problem with is. The first night I was there I went to lay down down and It was just hair all over the blanket and I couldn't rest until I got the sheets changed. Then it takes two flushes for anything to go down. Fast forward to the next morning I go to iron my shirt and there was a woman's underwear hanging from the ironing board. Dirty hotel The room was filthy, the bed was awful, the hallways were filthy as well as the entrance. You had to go to the front desk to get kitchen pots pans silver ware . Don't stay here

Stay away - very dirty, breakfast a joke. This was the worst booking I ever made, and I cannot believe that Hotels.com even dared requesting $99 for a room in this place. The room was exceptionally dirty, there was litter all over the floor and grease on the kitchen counter and nightstand. Hotels.com advertised this accommodation as "breakfast included" - we were informed upon checkin that breakfast is "grab-n-go", meaning that one had only motor-oil-tasting coffee and cheap 50 cent individually wrapped muffins as a breakfas... read more

Do Not Plan To Return The bed was terrible and felt like bugs crawling in it, the floor felt and looked nasty, the buffet was disappointing in the hallway of the lobby with nowhere to sit and everything in instant packages.

Don't do it! Dirty lobby. No public restroom to change my grandson's diaper while we wait for our room to be ready. Staff was not helpful to alert us as to when our room might be ready.

For the price, there should be a actual breakfast. Not a muffin or a granola bar. Rooms definitely need to be updated.

Ugh Its really not worth the price I paid. Motel 6 is cheaper and better than this place. The place is run down and cheap feeling. I didn't feel comfortable at all.

Home visit Reserved one type of room and when I checked in was told the room was not available. I told the night manager I had a reservation for my desired room and she told me it was not available. Then she ask me if still wanted the reservation. Where was I going to go... It was close the midnight. I travel a lot and I will never stay in an Extended Stay America again
