Terrible smoke filled room The positive: very clean and great internet. Negative: the room smelled so bad that it was difficult to sleep. This is a solid one star hotel.

very poor and untrustworthy Our stay was over shadowed by the fact that we requested a NO ANIMAL room and the room smelled like animals. I would never trust that hotel company again.

Disgusting hotel! We arrived at the desk to check in, Mary stated the computer system is down so she wrote our information down manually. She was eating at the front desk while dealing with us. She grabbed a post it and wrote our credit card number on it! We got the keys to #124 so we headed to our room. We walked in and it smelled like stagnant urine and wet ashtrays! Back experience Definitely won't stay at an Extended Stay America in the future. Expedia stated that the hotel included free breakfast. Pathetic excuse for a breakfast - doughnut in a plastic bag. A couple days earlier I stayed at a hotel at a comparable price that offered the waffle machine, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, etc. Expedia stated that the hotel included free wifi. No supplies in kitchen. Refrigerator freezer was burned out, and that is where we were to get ice. Front desk comment was oh ya a few are that way. Coffee in lobby for breakfast was cool and breakfast was a joke. Was glad this was an overnight stay and not a two week job stay. Not sure I will ever stay at an Extended Stay again.
