Cheap but still overpriced. Stay away! Deplorable!! The bathroom in the first room I was given was so filthy it turned my stomach. The second room had half eaten food in the fridge and no toilet paper. When I complained to the man on duty I was told "I don't own this hotel. Talk to the manager." and gave me her card. Be aware, although they advertise a "continental breakfast", it's just a few muffins and some coffee. Horrific Customer Service The customer service is horrible, upon check-in Mocheda greeted me without looking up as she continued to write on her paper work. The bathroom wasn't clean, I called the front desk where two men were working, instead of one coming to cleaning it, they made me move to a completely new room, because there was no housekeeping service on the weekend they told me. two weeks day Dash room was never changed or turn and keys consistently malfunctioned and needed reprogramming Stayed there two weeks and the room was never touched or cleaned – when it's never changed – towels never refreshed.

Took 35 minutes to check-in. Room was beat up, knick and scrapes on all furniture. Room had a cricket that chirped all night! Staff seems overworked and not responsive.

Poor service. I booked online last minute for an out of town friend. When we arrived to the hotel, we gave the desk clerk our confirmation number from Hotels.com. She wasn't very friendly. She had no clue how to look up the information and had no clue on how to handle the check in She hand-wrote everything on a piece of a paper and kept saying she needed this for when the manager would come in the morning because she didn't know if she was doing it right and didn't know what, if anything else, he would want to process the ch... read more
