The room was dirty and the bathroom had not been cleaned. It was so dirty, I could not use the toilet. Horrible experience.

My husband & I stayed there because of a funeral plus it put us pretty close to my sister. It was a horrible choice! People across the hall from us as was smoking marijuana, the room smelled, bathroom not swept, etc. We informed the front desk of our dissatisfaction, as we checked out earlier than anticipated and was told we would be refunded 15% off the cost, which we never received! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Extended Stay with no convenience I stayed at an extending stay so that I could have use of kitchen facilities. The kitchenette was there but there was nothing in the cupboards - no cups, utensils, nothing. Not worth staying if you can't use the kitchen.

Hotel staff was rude from the moment we walked in. The manager was rude the room was filthy and the heat did not work in the room. Maintenance knocked on my door at 730am to do some scheduled work I asked them to come back later so they knocked every 15 minutes than sent the manager up she was rude accused is of smoking when she has just woke us up from a dead sleep and made up leave the room for 15 minutes of work. Not the place to stay When I arrived there to check in my name was not on there guest list. The night employee was clueless and had no knowledge on how to use the computer to look up my reservation . I did not get my room until 6 hours later when the day time manger arrived. The room was only clean on the surface. I got in the shower only to find some one else's hair in the tub. Not too clean.... The room had a bad smell. The carpet had stains. The bathtub was cracked and the floor had not been swept or mop, long hairs all over the floor.

They don't clean the rooms unless your staying at least 7 days, and if you need towels you have to go to the front desk yourself. Also surprise $100 safety deposit. Be prepared

Extremely Disappointed! My family and I flew in from California to Indiana to attend a funeral for our loved one. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the appearance of the hotel and the cleanliness of our room. On our first night'so stay I discovered a dirty towel left behind in our bathroom and urine on the toilet. The kitchen was dirty as well. I notified the front desk and was offered to switch rooms however it was 2am and my husband and I were exhausted from our flight. Thank goodness it was cheap When I lifted the seat for the toilet, I discovered that it had not been cleaned in quite awhile. In the room, it was nice to have a refrigerator but food and drinks were still in it from previous guests. Everything else was good.
