Not willing to help with travel arrangements Front desk person was not willing to print boarding pass to airplane for next mornings flight. Then pretended as if they had never been asked to do so. Would not help find in the other area hotels of which there were about 8, who would have computer and printer for guests. At the 4th hotel, I did find a desk person who did allow me to use their business office computer.

😲😲😲😲 The night attendant was rude upon arrival. To add insult to injury my brother whose totally blind left his room key in the room called the front desk for assistance 3 times. Instead of her calling one of the five rooms for him of his party she hung up on him. He made his way to the front with his cane in hand and she said "you can't be blind you found your way here". He is blind not stupid. She called the police on him. He did the same for her. Our cells were having problems inside the hotel I'm guessing since we we... read more
not all things are the way they should be this hotel was the only place that let us bring our dog,that does not let them drop the ball as they did. the last extended stay we were at had dishes glasses silver wear even pots and pans. not here I guess we were not to bring anything to cook in the room.the dog found a dirty dipper under the bed and this was shrugged off buy the front desk. if you stay at this place avoid the west end of the hotel the road noise never stopped.

Pleasant stay the hotel was very clean and well priced for the stay, however, there were dogs barking periodically which was unexpected but not too bad.

Need coffee pots Nice and clean but it would be better with a coffee pot in the room and a workout area

Nice Hotel when we first started staying there The bathroom was still dirty, the kitchen still had food and garbage in it and strange they have a sign "if you forgot something ask" so I asked one of the maids for some lotion and they said they did not have any. There was no dishes or coffee pot, you had to request that. Which has all changed since last year.

Convenient We chose this extended stay because it was close to where our storage facility is located. It was also convenient for all the restaurants that we went to as well as taking the train to Chicago

Home away from home, The pots and pans for imediate use is just great. The price was reasonable and fair.
