It was comfortable, a relaxing room. The experience was great. I did not like that the room wasnt visibly clean as it could have been.

We were there during the November 21st snow storm that hit the Midwest. The parking lot was managed pretty well but the sidewalks were NOT shoveled which made it very difficult for my mother, who walks with a cane after having a small stroke a few years ago, to walk without slipping or worrying about falling. I know it was a steady and sometimes heavy snowfall but there should have been someone out there trying their best to keep up with it. Great Value! Stayed one night based on the ratings on Hotels.com, this Hotel was rated an average of 3 1/2 stars as compared to most of the others in the area, even the more expensive ones, and it did not disappoint. Nice rooms, great rates, my dog was welcome ($25 surcharge) and the staff was VERY nice. We would stay there again if the need ever comes up.

Good Stay The hotel staff was very professional. What ever we needed or asked them they answered with a smile. It was good to see that theses days. The room was okay. The bed was a little uncomfortable for my wife(she likes a soft mattress... Overall it was a good stay for the price... Thank you Staff...
