Had to stay, Room smelt of pot, light bulb was out, no hair dryer! Wouldn’t change our room, said we had been in it too long before asking to change! TV

Had to wait 3 days without tv Poor service Nothing

A dirty room in a horrible state of disrepair The room was filthy and in disrepair. There was mold on the ceiling, rust in the shower, kitchenette cabinet falling off the hinges, hook missing on the back of the bathroom door, the entire middle of the bathroom door missing and mechanism for the bathroom doorknob missing, and overall the room was terrible. Basic for a night ok. Place is very old , the queen size bed was barely big enough for two people, the floor was dirty as our feet showed it. The bed was adequate but only 2 pillows were not. I asked for 2 more and received one very lumpy pillow and a regular size one. I had trouble with the card key and had it reformatted twice. One lamp didn't work but the AC unit was quiet and cooled the room fine.
