Horrible check in experience with a racist or scammer THE CHECK IN STAFF, ARIEL WAS EXTEMELY RUDE AND WAS PROBABLY RACIST OR RUNNING A SCAM. Here is what happened: We had 2 pre paid bookings at the same property - Jan 12 to Jan 13, 2025. We got confirmation emails and messages from the property for both rooms prior to arriving at the property. Evita este hotel No hay higiene de ningún tipo. Una verdadera mugre todo. Encontramos cucarachas en el baño, muy desagradable. Solo la ubicación.

HORRIBLE I didn’t like standing in the cold for 30mins waiting for someone to open the office door, I don’t like waiting until almost 2:30 am to FINALLY get my key, I don’t like the lady urinating in the bushes but the office… shall I continue …? I had a horrible stay, the staff was a bit incompetent, and I emailed booking.com to further discuss this more in depth.
My experience wasn’t good with staff which is not good because first impression is everything making a person feel welco The staff not very nice. They didn’t want to let use in they were doing laundry or something we had to wait outside until he was finish. Once we got in he wasn’t very friendly at all. We got to room and we didn’t haveremote for tv we ask could we get one and he didn’t get it. Not a good experience. Property is very nice rooms very large beds very comfortable very clean.
