Staff aren’t helpful, rooms are mouldy. I stayed for weeks and room wasn’t cleaned. Police patrol the site and harass people continuously… avoid, it’s just not a nice place to stay.

a bit pricey for what is being offered Pros> lots of parking spaces / spacious room / cleverly designed room (lots of outlets in strategic locations/workng place) / comfortable bed / decent shower pressure Cons> many loud families actually live in the property strong odour of mold very poorly cleaned(found nails, and hairs from previous guests, which could have easily been cleaned) lots of rust and mold in bathroom room can be a noisy due to proximity to the street and loud neighbours poor breakfast ( it hardly counts as bre... read more

The room was clean and smelled nice. It seems the room service staff is understaffed but they still managed to maintain clean rooms. They were also great when we asked for any new towels or other room items. They don’t do daily room service. The front desk staff is terrible. Zero customer service. Not even a hint of politeness. There is not breakfast. They might have some nutrigrain bars and they have coffee that’s it. The pool is drained and gross. El trato excelente, ropa de cama excelente la habitacion muy buena pero el baño tiene moho en las paredes y el techo, muy deteriorado, deben repararlo (habitacion 221). Por lo demas todo perfecto.
