Quando chegamos no hotel, não tinha o quarto que havíamos reservado e nos foi oferecido outra opção para deixar os adolescentes em quarto separado (fiquei imaginando se tivéssemos crianças pequenas e que não seria possível essa opção…). Ainda bem q foi resolvido. Mas é muito chato chegar em um lugar e não ter a opção que tinha sido escolhida. A região não achei boa, não é uma opção boa para famílias.

The hotel service is very good but the breakfast was what I didn't like
On arrival, the shower was not working and then the water was not getting hot at all. Around 3am, someone was trying to get into the room. Shaking the door, trying to get in.
