Everything great. The staff during the early morning and day shifts are amazing. The only bad thing is you have to pay for WiFi and it's still not that good and each load of laundry and drying is 3.00. you get nickel and dimed where other properties near by give those services for free

Very noisy
The room was clean and smelled nice. It seems the room service staff is understaffed but they still managed to maintain clean rooms. They were also great when we asked for any new towels or other room items. They don’t do daily room service. The front desk staff is terrible. Zero customer service. Not even a hint of politeness. There is not breakfast. They might have some nutrigrain bars and they have coffee that’s it. The pool is drained and gross. El trato excelente, ropa de cama excelente la habitacion muy buena pero el baño tiene moho en las paredes y el techo, muy deteriorado, deben repararlo (habitacion 221). Por lo demas todo perfecto.
Staff aren’t helpful, rooms are mouldy. I stayed for weeks and room wasn’t cleaned. Police patrol the site and harass people continuously… avoid, it’s just not a nice place to stay.
