Called and explained that my flight would be late, confirmed room, then got there and they had sold my room. I had no place to stay.
I was on a business trip, so location was important to me. Not very clean, especially surrounding areas (gardens).

Location is great for this area. Hotel had too many people outside partying/socializing to get rest needed. Door lock was constantly acting up.
