We received a warm welcome, my issue was when I finally arrived to my room it was dirty and the bed was not done it seems that it never was cleaned after the previous guest left. I returned to the reception and the employee was nice and provided us another room. It was too much to deal with after a long flight I just wanted to rest.

value for money, comfortable, clean Close to all routes when hiring a car, central and easy to get back to the airport too. Shame Tony Roma's has closed down opposite that was a great place to eat, Doral ale house is still there which is excellent also across the road.

The building/rooms are rather old. Rooms are clean, but fixtures are old. The sink in our bathroom got clogged the first time we used it. It didn't present a problem by itself since there was another sink in the kitchenette, but it gives one the idea of the room needing more maintenance and up-keeping. Also, there was no coffee-maker in the room (it was probably not listed among room's amenities on the website, but still it was strange not to have it in an extended-stay type motel).
