The room was okay for cleanliness, but there were absolutely no utensils or anything.You had to go get a toteful of them to take to your room.. Hotel is absolutely no ice on site. Breakfast was horrible..

The sofa bed was dirty it had blood strains

Carpet meds replacing Carpet really needs to be replaced in room. Everything else seemed fine.
One of the shelves was broken and hanging down. One of the pillowcases had a blood stain on it and was replaced. Front desk staff was nice and helpful.
Not the cleanest pullout bed was nasty carpet in hallways are not nice
