First impression was rough, as multiple Police vehicle's outside when we pulled in with people walking past in hand cuffs as we waited to check in.

This is the WORST hotel ever made!! The recliner in the room got your feet up but good luck getting it down. Talked to front desk and maintenance man was home with keys. OF COURSE!!!! No ice machine…..what the actual hell!! Dirty nasty place. Had one guest told that because of bugs in there room that they had to move to a different room and NOT TAKE their luggage with them. How is that for comfort???????

The manager was outstanding and very helpful and kind. Some of the other staff need attitude adjustments.

Floors were not cleaned when arrived. Laminate flooring was sticky and carpet was not clean. Room had an okay temperature when we arrived, but we slowly figured out the AC was not working at all for our room. We talked to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do a single thing – no fan or no room change, which was understandable since they were booked out but the staff member was not very friendly about any of this. Satisfied overall When I checked in, no one was at the front desk. After 10 minutes, someone showed up. Admittedly, I arrived early (3:30), and the rest of my stay was fine.
