To start, when I finally arrived (after my husband checked us in earlier) my key card did not work- so I started to knock on the main entrance door, then use the phone to call, and still nothing. After 5 minutes my husband decided to walk around to another door, so I decided to actually call off my phone, and I explained to the lady that my key card wasn't working and I was a guest so she claimed she was coming to let me in but never did. The room was okay for cleanliness, but there were absolutely no utensils or anything.You had to go get a toteful of them to take to your room.. Hotel is absolutely no ice on site. Breakfast was horrible..

The area is great and a vey safe place in a wealthy suburban neighborhood. Unfortunately, there was not anyone at the "24/7 front desk" from 1240-250am when i arrived. There was a sign in the lobby to call 0 for late check in, but no answer to the front desk phone i could hear and see ringing in the dark. Calling the hotel number led to a voicemail.
