Nice Hotel for the money. Great location. My overall experience was very positive. The hotel is in an upscale area in Brookfield that is convenient to absolutely everything. The room was very nice in my opinion for the money. The room had a king size bed, kitchen space (which I only used the fridge), a nice deck, and nice sitting area. The TV was on a swivel so I could watch from the couch or from the bed. The flooring appeared recently remodeled. Plain Jane kind of hotel The hotel was fine - nothing fancy - no pool, gym, restaurant, bar, etc. I was disappointed when I booked a 5 night stay and then due to my work, I was able to leave a day early and both the hotel and expedia denied refunding the 5th night. Will definitely make me question whether to book thru expedia next time.

Good hotel close to shopping and restaurants. I frequently stay at ESA throughout the midwest and southeast. This is a typical location with little to no complaints. My only issue is that the shower head leaked and the front desk staff were less than friendly. Although they weren't rude, they were not at all inviting.

Not good this time Front desk wonderful. Room ok size, but tub was not clean, stove didn't work . I clean my tub out. And finally got the stove to work.
