Great location for shopping. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were fantastic. However, I knew I was in for something when I saw industrial size dumpsters on the property. The roofing was being done on the building and he debris was all over the property. The work wasn't too loud though. Hey, they have to be replaced sometime. I went to my room and everything was fine until I gave the bathroom a good once over. The calcification that had formed on the fixtures was super thick. OK room, but know what you're getting I stayed here for three days in June 2017. The room was fine, but I would go somewhere else next time. There wasn't a desk in my room, only a counter with stool in the kitchen area. I found the free internet extremely slow; it made me wonder if they were "encouraging" you to upgrade to the higher speed package. Ok place to spend the night Place was decent for the price. Spacious with a nice kitchen area. I found a long, light-colored hair somewhere between the clean towels on the bathroom countertop (I have jet black hair), otherwise was pretty clean. "Breakfast" was more like a snack station - coffee, cereal bars, packaged muffins and instant oatmeal.

Won't stay here again Front desk attendant had me and and another customer waiting to check in for over 5 mins. When she finally got downstairs she wasn't apologetic or friendly. The room waS ok but the lounge chair was very dusty, a lot of scum residue around faucets, little things.

Nice Hotel for the money. Great location. My overall experience was very positive. The hotel is in an upscale area in Brookfield that is convenient to absolutely everything. The room was very nice in my opinion for the money. The room had a king size bed, kitchen space (which I only used the fridge), a nice deck, and nice sitting area. The TV was on a swivel so I could watch from the couch or from the bed. The flooring appeared recently remodeled. Plain Jane kind of hotel The hotel was fine - nothing fancy - no pool, gym, restaurant, bar, etc. I was disappointed when I booked a 5 night stay and then due to my work, I was able to leave a day early and both the hotel and expedia denied refunding the 5th night. Will definitely make me question whether to book thru expedia next time.
