Facility is just a place to sleep. No amenities …. Including ice!…whatsoever except for coffee in the lobby.

Paid extra because advertised "breakfast included" but all it was was coffee (that was out at 6:30am and had to wait 45 min just to get someone to make more), packaged muffins, granola bars, and package oatmeal. The receiver of the phone was sticky and disgusting. Savings grace was the 2 ladies at the front desk who were very nice.

This is the WORST hotel ever made!! The recliner in the room got your feet up but good luck getting it down. Talked to front desk and maintenance man was home with keys. OF COURSE!!!! No ice machine…..what the actual hell!! Dirty nasty place. Had one guest told that because of bugs in there room that they had to move to a different room and NOT TAKE their luggage with them. How is that for comfort???????

Floors were not cleaned when arrived. Laminate flooring was sticky and carpet was not clean. Room had an okay temperature when we arrived, but we slowly figured out the AC was not working at all for our room. We talked to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do a single thing – no fan or no room change, which was understandable since they were booked out but the staff member was not very friendly about any of this. I have no idea what this place is suppose to be. No dishes, nothing. Horrible bed, what is this place anyway?

First I was there the give me a room they tv is on floor can’t see nothing the phone wasn’t working I stay there 9 days they never clean my room or give me some extra towel never go back there again and I’ll make sure all my 1 billion fan notice that hotel Ty

My servation was for a two queen room. This location doesn't even have rooms with two queens. Why did they book this reservation? They insisted I look at the room, it smelled.
