They say they have a 10 point cleaning check however, there were dead bugs on the window sill, one on the rug and a few in the dresser drawer. The do have a kitchen - however, if you want dishes, you get different packages for a price. Most hotels at least leave a coffee maker in the room, you need to order the kitchen package to get one. They do not empty your trash, you carry it to the trash room. It was very inexpensive so I guess you get what you paid for. Awful Stay. Somebody fire that guy! Not good. Never once recieved housekeeping. Male at the front desk aka"his counter"... The male dueing days on weekends was crazy. Even called my room to harass me.

Nobody was at front desk (waited about 10 minutes) The toilet did not flush and the hot water pressure in the bathroom sink was low

The lights was out for 3 1/2 hours the staff was very rude. The room was freezing cold…dogs barking. The lobby had a sign said we will be back too 2 hours

Staff was hardly ever at the front desk. Waited over 20 minutes. Floor in our room was so dirty we had to wear shoes or socks to keep our feet from getting black. We were there for 10 days and our room was never cleaned.
