Nobody was at front desk (waited about 10 minutes) The toilet did not flush and the hot water pressure in the bathroom sink was low

The lights was out for 3 1/2 hours the staff was very rude. The room was freezing cold…dogs barking. The lobby had a sign said we will be back too 2 hours

Staff was hardly ever at the front desk. Waited over 20 minutes. Floor in our room was so dirty we had to wear shoes or socks to keep our feet from getting black. We were there for 10 days and our room was never cleaned.

I didn’t like nothing about this room or my stay. The room was stinky and not very pleasant.

Extremely disappointed and disgusted with this Extended Stay!! When we checked in on, the first thing that hit me was the very overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hall and our room wreaked like someone had died in here!! Every time I walked down the hall I would get so sick just from the pot smell. I complained and I was told “feel free to call the cops”, then the lady at the front desk walked away! The parking was not accessible for guest whom is handicapped and rooms not the cleanest!!
