First off, I booked and the money was taken out of my account. I arrive to the hotel to check and they told me they didn’t have any more rooms they were overbooked for the night. The lady at the front desk told me I would be refunded but I haven’t been refunded. Very unprofessional and I am very unhappy. I didn’t get to stay or get my money back. It’s not my fault they were overbooked.

Disappointed and worried We were on the first floor. One could not lock the window. There was a stop that would not permit the window to open more than about 8 to 10 inches....however this was not very comforting. The room had a distinct unpleasant smell. The room has not been updated for some time. Although we knew how to use the TV remote, it was difficult to get most channels. Go Somewhere Else Toilet was not cleaned,smelled like smoke and we had to buy a air freshener and keep bathroom fan on all the time

That I had to change rooms do to tv and phone not working. Then basically had to shoulder block my way into the new room. TV worked, phone not working, had a kitchen but nothing to cook with.

Very old, needs updating, beds uncomfortable, sheets were nit chaged in my opinion. The inside not as good as the outside looks. Never again
