Well worth the price My room was comfortable and everything was there that I needed. I really appreciated having the kitchen area and an ironing board and iron. My window view was beautiful as the hotel was on a hill. Location was great. My room was clean and I did not lack anything.
Homestead Convenient location. Clean room. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
My card was charged 2x and they did not credit it back!!

To start, when I finally arrived (after my husband checked us in earlier) my key card did not work- so I started to knock on the main entrance door, then use the phone to call, and still nothing. After 5 minutes my husband decided to walk around to another door, so I decided to actually call off my phone, and I explained to the lady that my key card wasn't working and I was a guest so she claimed she was coming to let me in but never did. The area is great and a vey safe place in a wealthy suburban neighborhood. Unfortunately, there was not anyone at the "24/7 front desk" from 1240-250am when i arrived. There was a sign in the lobby to call 0 for late check in, but no answer to the front desk phone i could hear and see ringing in the dark. Calling the hotel number led to a voicemail.

I had reserved and paid for a king bed with a sleeper couch. Instead the only room available was a one queen bed room for me and my client who we could not have shared a bed. I would like a call on this, Mike Hermes 920-680-6443
