Very uncomfortable experience. The hotel was BARELY booked. Front desk personnel gave me a room right by the lobby which was very noisy, I couldn’t open my window because people are congregating in front of the hotel to socialize and smoke. Staff tried to be a little accommodating by moving my room… only to place me in a room with roaches. By far the worst place I’ve stayed.

I was very disappointed because the toon was not cleaned properly the floor boards around the kitchen were missing the toilet had wood chunk missing from the floor and the carpet was filthy we slept in our truck until it was time to check out as I could not sleep in the bed sheets had stains. The pictures on the website are very deceitful

We rented a king room and got a queen. Think there was a mix up because two parties with same last name reserved, both king rooms.

unclean room The room was not completely clean. There were pink stains on the counter, none of the pillows had pillow cases on them, there was tissue in the peep hole. Over seemed weird and unclean

NEVER Again. AVOID Run down, smelly. trash in the hallways. The front desk person was plain rude. She couldn't find my reservation because my ID (Wisconsin DL) has my first name as James. So I showed her the email confirmation and she said she couldn't find it because the reservation was under Jim. So when she did get it together, she wouldn't give me a key until 3:00 PM. IT WAS 5 MINUTES TO 3!

The room had a horrible stench, like dog. The sheets were soiled, which I exchanged. No ice machine. No dishes, glasses, or cookware in kitchen. However, when I shared my experience at check out, she gave me a certificate for a free night at another Extended Stay.
