Everything was fine, but we checked in at 1 AM and they hotel was doing “an audit.” We could not check in and the front desk said it takes an hour. We had to wait in the lobby from 1-2 AM before we could check in.

Aweful!!!! Do not stay here!!!! This hotel is aweful. We arrived at midnight, if it wasn’t so late, we would’ve found another hotel, very dirty. Our rooms (2), were disgusting, wood floor dirty, pretty sure there was pot on the floor, bathroom disgusting, toilet plugged when we got there. No one answered at desk. Pd $150. No hair drier in room, front desk say ppl take them, they found one for me to use. Complained on the morning, front desk did not care.

Very difficult to find. When calling the hotel. For help, the girl was quite rude. Checked in. Kitchenette had nothing in it. Not even the plastic cups. No silverware, cups, NOTHING. We paid for a kitchenette that was empty. Front desk said I could pick up stuff at the front desk. Being handicapped and the room furthest away from front desk, we didn’t feel we wanted to make several runs.

Worst hotel experience of my life This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at ever. I’ve been to other extended stay America‘s and they were much nicer. The carpets everywhere smelled of urine and smoke And body odor. The carpets and walls and kitchens and bathrooms are very outdated and in poor repair. I did not feel particularly safe in this location either as Several rooms I walked by had couples yelling at each other or kids screaming in the rooms. The room was not ready to go in it had stuff they didn't removed from cleaning da. The toilet was not working had ti go out of my room to go use the bathroom told but i was not happy with it. I just stay for ine night had to book next door hotel.
