The first room we were given smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we had to immediately ask for a new room. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Rates are very overpriced for what you get.

They told us our room was ready but when we went in, the bedding had not been changed yet and floor wasn't swept. They told us it would only take 5-10 minutes but the cleaning person did not call the front desk like she said she would and we waited 45 minutes. I had to go up and check, otherwise we'd still be waiting. Also, for a non-smoking hotel, it still smelled like smoke and the hallways reaked!!

Upon check in my room key didnt work. While trying to get the key to work there was a dog in the next room barked loudly and alot. Upon going back to the desk i asked for another room and said the key didnt work. They wouldnt give me another room so my whole stay I had to listen to a dog constantly bark very loud.

Staff was great. Room was not Staff was great. Could not have been more friendly and helpful. Room was not acceptable. Sink was scarred, burn marks on vanity. Trash and refrigerator had not been emptied. Had to wait an hour past check in time to get a room.

I wish hotels.com stayed true to your gaurantee I booked a double queen room for my guests. They received a single room instead and hotel.com claims that they could not reach extended stay America to verify so you have refused to refund a portion of the bill. If I wanted a single bed room I certainly would have purchased that for my guests. Please honor your gaurantee.
