I checked in to a dirty room. The only thing clean was the bed (I think? But the sheets were inside out). I let the front desk know, but they only cleaned one thing? Even as I asked them to clean more, they didn't? I had just left my home in a crisis, and I wasn't about to leave to go find another hotel, so I literally just cleaned my own room. And it was FILTHY. Due to Covid-19 all amenities were closed. Got checked into a filthy room. Took pictures of the messy room, front desk gave me a different room and unable to reach management while there, had to ask for everything such as iron, dishes etc. staff was friendly just a dirty room and 2 room wasn’t as dirty. Will not stay again.
