No pillow casses on our pillows. Staff was fairly nice.

Upgrading the rooms The first time the stay as amazing the second time their was a used soap in the bathroom the toilet wasn’t flushed a used soap on the side of the tub with a hair on it and the trash wasn’t changed and the bed wasn’t done. I went to the front desk and they immediately apologized and said they never leave a hotel room messing for newcomers the lady with blonde short hair was very nice and she ask him if I would love to change rooms cause it was late to do anything and I did she upgrade me a king size room I... read more
