The lady at the main desk was wonderful. When I got to my room my trash was not removed and I had no coffee cups or glasses. The bed was hard as a rock so I did not sleep well and I had a seminar to attend in the morning.

desk clerk Day clerk very helpful. Checked in at 11am, came back at 4pm to get key for room. Afternoon clerk didn't know what to do when I came back to desk and told her the room was open and dirty. Checked in with my sister in law and was then put in a room on another floor from her room. There was a reason to book together and to want to be on the same floor in same area. Do not reccomend Online reservation, we got in late, we are non smokers, specifically reserved a nonsmoking room, got a smoking room. Stunk like an ashtray. We were too exhausted to out up a fight. After flushing the toilet, found the toilet had issues and drained and refilled all night. Also, there was noticeable dog hair on the floor. Room was clean but not spotless, seems to be poor management to me, it's a newer hotel.

Condescending Staff I was given a room that had a broken latch on the window. I asked for a stick to put in the window so that it could not be opened, Stacy Ly was very condescending and talked to me like I was ignorant. She then sent me to another room. This room was the wrong type and had broken cabinets. When I went back down to get another room she got real short with me. Never come back this hotel Our room was booked for non-smoking but the smell was very terrible. Found cigarette on window. Bug was on the bed and the beds was very uncomfortable. Never coming back to this hotel again.

Disappointed Besides soap, no toiletries in room. No heating/air conditioning working in room.

Don't Do It!!! The environmental controls didn't work, the bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner. The hotel served nothing for breakfast and had no supplemental features such as pool, hot tub or fitness center. The television was an older CRT style affair. The quality and workmanship of the room was second rate. The bedding was coarse and stiff. There was only on packet of coffee. I stayed at a competing hotel two weeks prior (Springhill Suites by Marriott) for 3 dollars less per night and they had a pool, hot tub, fitness ... read more

Not impressed. 1. Bed, condiiton not good. 2. Heating unit: need to be repair, contact HTL but did not fix. 3. Room supply: no box of Tissue, no shampoo, etc. 4. Coffee: room no coffee bag. 5. Clean dishes: 2nd day no one clean dirty dishes. 6. General room condition are not qualify. 7. Night could not sleep well due to Heating unit noise, not working right. 8. Location: OK.
