Usually stay in Eagan when visiting the Cities Will not stay at this Extended Stay in the future. Hotel was out of shampoo and according to another guest, had been out for 4-5 days. Did not feel there was much attention given to the room.

Never Again Non smoking room that smelled heavily of smoke. They were out of shampoo!!! I needed to drive to a store at midnight to buy shampoo for crying out loud. Then After checking in at around 11:30 pm I was in bed and someone opened my room door even though it was locked at around 2am. The next morning when I asked about it the only answer I got was" it must have been a member of staff." Some kind of confusion. After that I felt the need to block the door shut at night. Never Again The location was convenient, but the hotel room was absolutely disgusting. There were fruit flies and gnats in the room, on the towels, on the mirrors, and around the bed. When the bug problem was told to the front desk person she responded that they were probably coming out from the AC and that there was nothing they could do about it. I will seriously think twice before booking at another Extended Stay, but never again at this one.

Hotel for hard working men that do not mind dents in the wall, chips in the counter and mold in the shower.

The hotel floor felt wet and sticky all night and day with the ac on... felt humid and uncomfortable... after checking out.. the reception person didnt know how to check us out and didnt remember what room where were checing out of after they told us we were good to go... how did I kno..? My cousin checked out after us and they were asking each other which room were were in... would not stay there again!!!

Every other time We've stayed here four times, probably because I'm a sucker for second chances. Every room is a unique experience unto itself. This experience was lousy, as was the second time we stayed. Extended Stay simply needs to bite the bullet and invest in their investment. Until then, we're done.

I won't be back I have two problems with this hotel. One is the corporate policy of "nothing unless you ask." So as I was getting ready for bed I discovered there is nothing to drink out of. I could have gone downstairs in my nightgown to ask for a glass, but didn't really care for that option. Same thing with no shampoo. This could easily be solved by stating at check-in that there are no amenities unless you ask, so is there anything you would like from us now. Instead I got, "we're not a full-service hotel." You get what you pay for Needs updating obvious signs if aging. Breakfast is grab and go only fruit and muffins no seating area. Hallways are warm and musty. Staff was friendly.

Disappointing room... Great location but we were surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the room. It smelled musty, carpet was stained, bathroom floor tile was cracked/damaged and room was VERY worn out. Even though the room had a full kitchen, there were no plates, cups or utensils. We had to request them at front desk. Given the poor condition of the room, we would NEVER stay at this hotel again.
