Bring your own towels and cleaning supplies It was nice overall partially because it's still relatively new. And priced right for extended stays if you're on a budget! But bring your own coffee, iron, towels, cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo etc if you plan on being there awhile. What they don't tell you until after check-in: they only clean the room every two weeks on extended stays, no coffee machine, if you want clean towels or sheets within those 2 weeks either wash your own in the over priced laundry mat downstairs or ... read more

Nice rooms. Quiet. Main areas dirty Additional cost for coffee pot, dishes, etc. Poor water pressure. Common areas dirty. Nice rooms. Nice and quiet except interstate noise

Ok but not what I expected. I was disappointed I found out that rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis and bed sheets not changed at all. The garbage also had to taken out by clients. That was disappointin for me. Customer service was reasonable but the tone used sounds like we don't really care.

Nice hotel but..... Nice hotel, very clean but customer service wasn't good at all. We arrived on Saturday July 15, 2017 about 8 pm and I went to front desk to check in. It looked closed, lights were out, no one was there and they had a screen type thing pulled down so you couldn't see behind the counter. At this point I'm thinking how am i supposed to get checked in. I did notice a phone says dial 500 for front desk, so i called it and didn't get anyone in that location. 3 Week Stay We stayed here for 3 weeks between selling our home and moving into our new home. The hotel is newer( opened March, 2017). It caters mainly to people staying long term for work purposes but 1 night stays are fine too. Everyone we met was friendly. There is a large grocery store, a gas station and several restaurants within walking distance. The motel is only a stone's throw from a busy freeway but the building seems to be noise proofed well. Fridley MN location The hotel has nice amenities around it. Our 3rd week dtay we encounter not so good service from Assistant Manager. Our hotel.com reservation was cancelled by her. She stated that we cannot book through another site. We have to book through Woodspring only. The represetative from hotel.com did not help eitger.
