I had a friend who lived in a welfare hotel. The rudeness of your staff alone. I promise to never return to that ESA. All I asked for was 1 extra pillow, never received it. More excuses and verbal runaround than a Liberal Democrat rally.

Lots of long term residents here. Extremely long check in. Hotel patrons were long term residents and frightened me, frankly.

Like: Centrally located to items on my to-do list while there. Dislike: Only room available was for handicap. Shower curtain was: a) too short, stopped 6 inches from the floor; b) not wide enough, barely reached across stall but would fold back up during shower making for a very chilly shower; c) on a curved bar allowing some of the curtain to be outside the shower floor creating a large puddle on bathroom floor when showering. Also, there was no shelf in the shower stall to place soap and shampoo bottle.
