Bathroom still had toothpaste splatters on faucets and mirror. While checking mattress for bedbugs, the mattress did have zipper bag cover over however that was filthy, strained, looked like someond tried to hand wash blood on it

No kitchen items in the room. Had to ask for anything, and several had “none left”.
