It smells, the bathtub drain wasn’t draining, faucet for the bathtub wasn’t working properly.

Only kind of liked the location. Not very close to shopping and restaurants. Not walking distance.

Terrible, the lady working at the reception desk she is horrible, I booked for a king size bed I end up with a queen size bed

The property is very run down. When we checked in the clerk was very pleasant and helpful providing menus for restaurants that delivered. The room size was okay, but smelled. When we checked out the clerk was eating a donut and talking to to other individuals a aNd was quite rude. had to tell her we were checking out ... I asked for a receipt and she told me since I booked through a third party I would need to get it from them. I guess you get what you pay for....but I would never stay there again!

Smells bad and lots of smokers I found this online and I intended to stay for 3 days. When I arrived, I saw a number of people in the parking lot smoking cigarettes and possibly drinking. There were no smoking (inside) signs everywhere. This gave me a bad feeling, but I thought it would still be OK, and I was tired and wanted to go to sleep. The desk help was pleasant and courteous. Hot garbage I called ahead to say I would arrive late. The front desk person said that I would be good to go. When I showed up the person manning the after hours lobby phone was asleep and then said that she couldn't check me in until 8am. super frustrating. So don't stay here if your travel plans could get delayed because you will just end up sleeping in your car.
