I was very disappointed when I first got there nobody was at the front desk, I had to call someone from Expedia to let them know. Finally this young man named Russell came to front desk finally after about 20 to 25 minutes of waiting, he does not apologize, and mentions the note that he left on the front desk that said he will be right back, and then asked me why I didn’t use there phone to call someone, I’m guessing he wasn’t happy that I called Expedia. Property needs a lot of TLC I completely understand Covid and the effect it has had on sourcing labor. If you do not have the staff to properly clean and care for all the rooms then only book the ones you do. I am quite certain the floors, walls counter tops, chairs, BATHROOM complete have not been cleaned in months. The vinyl floors were covered in dust, water stains with some sticky residue everywhere,. I didn’t like that they gave me a room that wasn’t even clean or put together. You should be aware of what rooms are ready for check-in and what rooms are not. I got there to a room without sheets and pillows were stacked without pillow cases, the room was still dirty from the last person, and there weren’t any towels.

eeeek Eek. Place was dirty. Hair in sink, on toilet, and shower. At night there were a lot of “disturbing” people charging their phones at the entrance. Front desk guy was friendly which was the only positive thing about the hotel. Yes it’s a good price, but you’re better off going an extra $20 for a clean place and more safety.

I was called by the front desk and TOLD I was smoking pot in my room and would be charged.(I do not even at home) Stayed at the hotel while our carpets were being cleaned so not really a need to stay with them again but would choose a different hotel if needed again.

The rooms are so dirty it is unbelievable! Kitchen floor was so sticky that we had to wash it ourselves.....and the rag was black afterwards. Fridge didnt work, we were told someone will fix it tomorrow. When tomorrow can and no one to fix it we requested a different room. That room the shower didnt work at all. Working on a full refund!
