I was checked into the wrong room. The highway was right out our window so it was really noisy. Our shampoo bottle was empty.

Lady bug infestation inside the room, staff was very rude and they entered my room without permission three times.

The front desk lady had a bad attitude and talked with a lot of arrogance . The rooms have air conditioning units fixed to the walls and they drip water to the carpet which in turn rots and emanates a stench smell. No breakfast was offered! I picked a non smoking room but there was cigarette smoke in the bathroom.

My “non-smoking” room reeked of smoke and marijuana. It was completely unacceptable. There were also no dishes at all in my room.

When i got my room keys, i opened up the door to my room and the room hadnt been cleaned yet at all. Had to drag everything back downstairs and wair for the front desk. Gor reassigned a room and then no dishware or pans to cook with.

The location and the easy access off the freeway was pleasing. However, once we entered we were “greeted” by the staff that was unprofessional, rude and lacked any accountability. There were side conversations of personal matter happening as they were trying to figure out how to honor the early check in that I called in for 2 hours before arriving and total discrepancies as to what an early check in would cost although I was told it would be $25 and there is a sign on the counter that said it would be $25 but one lady said, ... read more
