The staff were just rude and impolite there was one girl who was helpful though Cassie I think her name was she was amazing at helping me to the best of her ability. But everyone else was just rude and impolite and I overheard them talking bad about the guests and making fun of them. Very unprofessional and very unwelcoming . No one at the front desk for 5 minutes, room had someone’s cloths still in a drawer; wall electrical outlet exposed, no cover; smoke alarm covered/wrapped in cellophane?? What’s with that? Had to wipe off TV remote it was dirty!!! Yuk. Paint coming off several places on the walls...not coming back!

We have to wait about 10-15 minutes to get checked in cause no staff was at the desk. Then we were told we were going to have to wait cause they would need to complete shift change first. Lobby was dirty and extremely strong smell of air freshener to the point it was hard to breath. The hotel was like an apartment complex for locals , the guest staying there were extremely loud until after midnight. The rooms were very outdated and dirty and had a horrible odor. We had stayed here before because they were pet friendly. I called ahead and they confirmed our reservation with the dogs. When we got there we entered our room and it had not been cleaned from the last guest with dirty towels and a slept in bed. It was absolutely disgusting. We had to move all our things and the dogs who were not happy to a different room on the second floor by the smokers' entrance. People slammed their room doors and the 2 external doors until after 230 am going out for their nicotine fits. My dog barked ... read more

Staff was rude. Checked out immediately. Room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke.

The check on staff was very rude and parking bad. Clean room but frig locked unable to use.

I did not like that it smelled like marijuana on our floor. Coffee was only served in the am.
